Registered holders of Cadbury ADSs may invest in additional Cadbury ADSs or sell their registered ADSs through Global Invest Direct, a JPMorgan sponsored dealing facility. Investors should be aware that, following the Kraft Foods Offer for Cadbury plc being declared unconditional, Cadbury has announced its intention to delist from the New York Stock Exchange.
