Ahead of an investor roadshow in the US and an investor/ analyst
visit to our Bournville manufacturing facility in the UK, Cadbury
Schweppes makes the following comments on important changes to its
business infrastructure in US confectionery and trading for the
group since the end of the half-year.
Cadbury Schweppes plc today announces the appointment of Rosemary
Thorne, group finance director of Bradford & Bingley plc, to
the Cadbury Schweppes Board effective from 6 September 2004.

million of floating and fixed rate bonds. This is the first time
that the company has accessed the public eurodenominated bond

Former YUM! Restaurants International chief marketing officer Randy
Gier has been tapped to lead the marketing efforts for the Americas
Beverages division of Cadbury Schweppes plc as executive vice
president-marketing.
Cadbury Schweppes plc, the global confectionery and beverages
group, is appointing Ken Hanna as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
designate, starting March 1st, 2004.
