Demerger

Cadbury Schweppes completed the demerger of its Americas Beverages business on 7 May 2008. As of this date, the confectionery business trades under the name Cadbury plc and the Americas Beverages business trades under the name Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (DPSG).
